I remember getting Dylan’s first Progress Report and seeing just one word:
“Progressing.”
I had no clue what it actually meant. Is "Progressing" good or bad?

Have you been there?

“Progressing” on a report is like your GPS saying, “You’re moving.”
Cool… but are we going north? South? In circles?

This Thursday, I’m going
live for an eye-opening episode of The Art of Advocacy where we’ll unpack:
✅ Why you might miss red flags in IEP Progress Reports
✅ How those progress updates can feel “fine” on the surface, but leave out what really matters
✅ What questions to start
asking
This is especially for you if you’ve ever read a Progress Report and thought: “I don’t even know what I should be looking for.”

When: Thursday, October 15th
Time: 10 am Mtn. Time, 12 pm ET, 11 am CT, 9 am PT
Where: The Art of Advocacy Facebook page.
Just show up live!
Because when you understand the kind of progress your child is or isn’t making, you can take action.
You’ll know when to call an IEP meeting, ask better questions, or adjust supports.
That helps your child make real
progress, be proud of what they’re learning, and receive the kind of support that makes a difference.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Let’s decode your child's Progress
Report together.
