Hey there! Ever feel like your child is always getting help at school, but nobody sees them as someone who could help others too?
It's like they're on the outside looking
in, wishing they could be seen as good enough.
That's not what you want!
Here's the thing: when support only goes one way, it can
actually backfire.
Your child might start feeling down, frustrated, or not wanting to go to school.
But there’s a
solution!
In my recent live show, I shared the "Gifted & Giving" Framework to help your child:
🌠 Shine their light!
Help them discover their unique strengths and talents.
✅ Become a leader! Empower them to take charge in the classroom and beyond.
😍 Feel awesome! Build their confidence by showing them how much
they have to offer others.
Here's how the
"Gifted & Giving" Framework works:
1.Chat with your child! This is their journey, so their voice matters.
Talk about their strengths and interests.
Are there any classroom jobs or school projects they'd love to tackle? (Think beyond wiping tables or selling coffee!)
2.Get creative! Grab a piece of paper and fold it in half. On one side, list your child's
strengths and interests.
On the other side, brainstorm leadership roles that match those strengths!
Here are some examples of the "Gifted & Giving"
Framework
