Do you get Brene´ Brown's emails? Don't you love to open an email and it shares the perfect message? ´Monday morning she shared this quote:
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.” —Viktor Frankl
One thing I've recently learned is that my Quantium Human Design chart shows that I need to wait to respond - something that has really helped me be less reactionary. When I remind myself of this before going into an IEP meeting, I'm able to be a better listener and interact more efficiently and successfully with others.
And you know what? A one-size fits all approach to advocacy doesn't work out so well. Depending on what your Quantium Human Design chart shows, there are 5 different strategies you can use in your advocacy and in your life.
If you're curious about your own Quantium Human Design strategy, let me know - I'd be happy to share what I know!
