Some parents have asked me what kind of topics we have trainings on in our Trailblazer membership group. I've talked
to a few of you about the training we're having tonight (Tues., Nov. 16th) How To Go From Changing Mindsets to Changing Systems.

AND if you know me you know I'm about taking action. In our Trailblazer training tonight we'll be sharing two free tools - developed by leaders in the change field. The first tool is extremely valuable when addressing a huge barrier to inclusive education.

The second free tool we'll be talking about is a toolkit for planning community conversations about inclusive education.

This toolkit has templates for the emails to send out inviting a diverse group of participants, a slide deck you can use for the meeting, how to capture ideas and put them into action, and much more. We know we need a wider circle of allies in order to create systemic change. This toolkit has so much already done for you!

AND speaking of widening our circle of allies, we are widening our circle of Trailblazers - parents advocating for inclusive education and other evidence-based practices such as Universal Design for Learning.
