Have you attended an virtual or online IEP meeting this spring? How did it go? Is there anything you wish you could change about online meetings?
When I recently polled parents on my Facebook page they wanted to know more about online IEP meetings and some tips for having positive ones.
We'll look at some online meetings DOs and DON'Ts for the tech part (you can do it), how to prep for the online meeting, what to expect during the meeting what kind of follow up should you do, and answer your questions.
It is possible to have good online IEP meetings –yes it is!

Thurs, April 16th evening What about those Distance Learning Plans?
*What the heck should be in my child's Distance Learning Plan?
*How much parent input is supposed to be in these plans?
*Are you afraid to sign anything, in fear of waiving any of you child's rights?
Would you LOVE a juicy BONUS?? You'll also get some suggested wording to add to the Distance Learning Plan that can make sure you don't waive your rights, help clarify what plan is in place now, and what plan will be in place when school opens.
