How does your child’s voice get captured at IEP meetings?

Does your son or daughter go to his/her own IEP meeting?

Have you ever had your child invite some of his/her friends to come to the meeting and offer their ideas?

We talk a lot about how to get our parent voices heard at IEP meetings.

I think if we had our own children and some of their friends attend IEP meetings it would make a positive impact not only on the tone of the meeting, but also the outcomes.
